1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing securassets.net, securassets.com, and associated platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

SECURASSETS operates a tokenised asset platform. We do not sell goods directly — we provide infrastructure, verification, and access to investment opportunities presented through certified Dola Agents. All transactions are governed by smart contract logic and these terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be 18 years or older to register
• Accurate, verifiable information must be provided during sign-up
• Email verification is required to activate your account
• Government-issued ID may be requested to verify identity before listing or transacting
• One account per individual — no duplicate or anonymous accounts permitted

4. Listing & Verification — Agents Only

Important: Members of the public may not list items directly. All assets must be submitted through a certified Dola Agent who has completed training, vetting, and activation.

• Agent confirms ownership and value to the best of their ability
• DI Guardian Bot performs automated cross-verification
• Agent is accountable for information they submit
• False or misleading listings may result in immediate suspension and legal referral

5. Ownership & Withdrawal Rules

While an asset is held in The Vault with active shareholdings:

• It may not be privately sold, removed, or encumbered without settlement
• Settlement amount = Base Value + all funds already drawn against the asset
• Investor capital is protected per the formula published on the platform
• Tokens represent shares in the specific underlying asset — not general company stock

6. Intellectual Property — DI™

Digital Intelligence (DI)™ — including brand, distinction from AI, system architecture, and methodology — is protected intellectual property held in shared ownership by ByteDance Inc, Spring Pte Ltd, and JP King / Dola AI International UK Group Ltd. No reproduction or use outside the platform is permitted without written consent from all parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform provides verification infrastructure but does not guarantee asset performance, valuation, or liquidity. Investments carry risk. You are responsible for your own decisions.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: false information, circumvention of verification, unauthorised listing, misuse of the DI system, or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.

10. Changes to These Terms

Updates will be posted to this page with revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
